Order processing and delivery times may be lengthier than anticipated whilst Australian businesses work within guidelines announced by their State Government.
Our warehouse currently remains fully operational, however orders may incur minor delivery delays due to COVID-19.
For products purchased on our direct website, Buddee will process returns when a customer contacts us with their product still within warranty and only when it appears faulty.
Products purchased from a Buddee authorised stockist or reseller can be returned at the sellers discretion, as each store have individual return policies to follow, we recommend contacting your original store of purchase for full return information.
In the event you have purchased an incorrect product (e.g. incorrect size phone case), our team are happy to issue an exchange, provided the customer agrees to cover return postage costs for their incorrect purchase. Once Buddee have received the incorrect item back, an exchange will be processed as promptly as possible with a new item sent out within 1 business day.
If you have ordered via our website and received an incorrect item, Buddee will exchange the product at our expense only after proof of purchase is provided from the customer.
All online orders are processed within 2 business days of being received and then posted with Australia Post.
Please note: Orders may take longer to process and be delivered during busy periods such as Christmas.
Australia Post can take 2 to 7 business days to deliver an item, however, Buddee are not responsible for any postage delays caused by the shipping company. In the rare case your order is lost in transit, Buddee cannot be held responsible, therefore will not refund any lost items.
